Welcome to Tiny Tasks. These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of the Tiny Tasks sensory fidget board. By purchasing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By agreeing, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province. Tiny Tasks reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
The Tiny Tasks board is handcrafted. Minor variations in texture, color, and finish are normal and do not constitute defects. The Product is designed for sensory exploration and fine motor development under direct adult supervision only.
Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide accurate purchase information. We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent or unauthorized orders and refund the original payment method.
Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Tiny Tasks is not responsible for carrier delays. Returns are handled per our Return Policy due to hygiene and safety standards.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Tasks and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Product. You acknowledge active monitoring is required and agree Tiny Tasks is not liable for injuries from unsupervised or improper use.
We warrant the Product will arrive free from manufacturing defects and shipping damage. You must inspect the Product upon delivery and report any valid claims within 7 calendar days of the carrier's logged delivery date. After 7 days, all sales are strictly final. No claims for defects, damages, or failures will be accepted after this window.

All content on this website — including the Tiny Tasks name, logo, product design, images, and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of Tiny Tasks and may not be copied or distributed without written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be litigated exclusively in the federal courts of Illinois. Class-action waiver: all disputes must be resolved on an individual basis only — no class or representative actions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting changes to our website. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
