Because safety, hygiene, and exceptional craftsmanship are our core pillars, we maintain clear, strict guidelines regarding how our flagship product is shipped, handled, and returned.
1. Shipping Policy & Delivery
Every Tiny Tasks sensory board is thoroughly inspected and packaged securely to guarantee safe transit to your home.
Fulfillment Timeline: Orders are typically processed, packed, and shipped within 2–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Standard Shipping: We utilize trusted domestic carriers to deliver across the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the shipment date, depending on your location.
Expedited Shipping: Accelerated shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Please note that choosing expedited shipping speeds up the carrier's transit time, not our internal processing window.
Shipping Address Accuracy: Please carefully double-check your shipping details during checkout. Tiny Tasks is not responsible for delivery delays, misrouting, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier directly. If your product arrives explicitly damaged due to transit, please take clear photos of the packaging and product immediately and contact us at info@tinytasks.org within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Because Tiny Tasks is an ultra-high-touch product intended for infants, we operate under exceptionally strict sanitary, health, and hygiene standards to ensure the safety of all children. As a result, our return policy is structured to preserve those safeguards.
30-Day Return Window: We offer returns for refund or store credit within thirty (30) days of your delivery date.
Strict Return Eligibility Criteria: To safeguard all families, returns are only accepted if the product is in 100% brand new, unopened, and completely unused condition, arriving in its original, sealed protective factory packaging. If the item has been unboxed, placed in a child's play environment, or handled, it cannot be safely re-stocked or re-sold, and is therefore ineligible for a return or refund.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Tiny Tasks cannot issue a refund for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
3. How to Initiate a Return
If your item meets the strict eligibility criteria above and you would like to return your unopened product, please follow these steps:
Send an email to info@tinytasks.org with your original Order Number and the explicit reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, reply with the secure return shipping address and instructions.
Securely package the unopened product in its original box to prevent transit damage, and mail it to the provided address using a trackable courier service.
Once received and carefully inspected by our quality assurance team to confirm its pristine, unopened condition, we will process your refund back to your original payment method (minus any original shipping fees) within 5–7 business days.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
We take zero shortcuts when it comes to the safety and security of our components. In the extremely rare event that a component on your board arrives loose, structurally flawed, or non-functional straight out of the box, this is treated as a critical safety matter.
Please immediately discontinue any intent to use the board, keep it completely out of reach of children, and contact us right away at info@tinytasks.org. Include your order number along with a brief description and photos/video of the issue. We will expedite a replacement or full refund at zero cost to you.
