Welcome to Tiny Tasks. These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of the Tiny Tasks sensory fidget board. By purchasing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview & Eligibility

By agreeing, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province. Tiny Tasks reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

2. Product Information & Use

The Tiny Tasks board is handcrafted. Minor variations in texture, color, and finish are normal and do not constitute defects. The Product is designed for sensory exploration and fine motor development under direct adult supervision only.

3. Safety & Supervision Warning

⚠️ WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD. ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES. Never leave a child unattended with the Product. Inspect the board before every use. Discontinue use immediately if any part becomes loose, worn, or damaged. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for safe use.

4. Purchases & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide accurate purchase information. We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent or unauthorized orders and refund the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Returns

Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Tiny Tasks is not responsible for carrier delays. Returns are handled per our Return Policy due to hygiene and safety standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Tasks and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Product. You acknowledge active monitoring is required and agree Tiny Tasks is not liable for injuries from unsupervised or improper use.

7. 7-Day Inspection Guarantee (No Extended Warranty)

We warrant the Product will arrive free from manufacturing defects and shipping damage. You must inspect the Product upon delivery and report any valid claims within 7 calendar days of the carrier's logged delivery date. After 7 days, all sales are strictly final. No claims for defects, damages, or failures will be accepted after this window.

Excluded from coverage after acceptance:

Dropping, throwing, pulling with excessive force, or rough play
Water immersion, moisture, extreme temperatures, or outdoor storage
Any modifications or attempted repairs by the customer

8. Intellectual Property

9. Governing Law
